Inktober 2020

Last month I felt inspired to try something new and I took part in Inktober, an idea that has been around for a few years that is designed to encourage and develop “positive drawing habits”. A one-word prompt is given each day and participants draw anything they like, as long as it is inspired by the daily prompt. I decided to attempt to draw a bird every day, based on the one-word prompts. I really enjoyed the challenge and hope to take part again next year! A selection of Inktober 2020 images are now available to view in the gallery.

Day 31: Crawl – Eurasian Treecreeper (Certhia familiaris)

I hope to reproduce some of these bird drawings as A3 mounted high quality art prints. Please get in touch if you think you might be interested!
